In our factory, we have two CNC Plasma Cutters, a CNC Turret Punch, a CNC Insulation Cutter and a CNC Press Brake, and we are able to manufacture duct and HVAC-related components much more accurately. This gives us the ability to coordinate larger projects better, with greater accuracy and increased production through repeatability with the elimination of manual pattern development.

Finished Product
Servicing throughout the Sunshine Coast and Northern Australia, everything we do is quality-assured throughout the production process. Each part is measured and checked using the latest in digital measuring and logging equipment. Our team monitors the entire process to ensure everything meets the requirements.
As well as being able to manufacture your duct, we are able to supply you with the insulation accessories/hardware for the project.
These include gasket sealing foams, liquid sealants, nuts, bolts, cleats, threaded rods, heavy gauge (1.6mm) angle, capping, foil tapes, duct tapes and duct wrap. These are available as an option to supply upon project quotation.
